Yes. The Active Caller ID application has the possibility to work in TAPI or COM mode. If you have the Calling Line Identity Presentation service set up on TAPI, the Active Caller ID will work on COM mode. According to the official website of the product, when TAPI is unavailable, the COM mode is automatically enabled.
